E-visa Support Letter

Registered delegates only can download a letter of invitation or confirmation to support their eVisa application.

To download:

  • Log in to your user dashboard.
  • Fill in your passport details.
  • Download the letter.

Please note: The letter is provided for eVisa support only. The ICOMOS GA2026 Organising Committee does not assist with the application process, and all decisions on visa approval are made solely by the relevant immigration authorities.

Each registered participant is entitled to :

  • A name badge when they check in at the registration desk. The badge will act as an entry pass to sessions and social functions.
  • All General Assembly and Scientific Symposium sessions including opening and closing ceremonies from 17th to 24th October 2026
  • Site visit around Kuching on 22nd October 2026
  • Entry to all GA/ScSy Zones, such as the trading table area, meeting room(s) and exhibition area(s).
  • ICOMOS GA2026 bag and other materials
  • Attend and dine at coffee breaks & buffet lunches.
  • Additional tickets for Opening Ceremony, Gala Dinner and City Tour are priced at MYR 200 respectively.

Accompanying Person

An accompanying person is only entitled to:

  • A name badge when they check in at the registration desk. The badge will act as an entry pass to selected sessions and social functions.
  • Attend social events such as the Opening Ceremony and Gala Dinner
  • A one-day tour of Kuching (lunch is included in this tour)

Cancellation & Reimbursement Policy

  • If the ICOMOS GA2026 is cancelled due to force majeure, all payments already received will be fully reimbursed, minus bank transfer fee of 10% per transaction.
    Example: For a registration fee of USD 450, reimbursement will be USD 405 after the 10% bank fee (USD 45).
  • If you wish to cancel your GA2026 registration, inform us 3 months prior, then 90% reimbursement will be made, minus bank transfer fee of 10% per transaction.
    Example: 90% of USD 450 = USD 405, minus 10% bank fee (USD 40.50) → Final refund: USD 364.50.
  • If you wish to cancel your GA2026 registration inform us 30 days prior, then 75% reimbursement will be made, minus bank transfer fee of 10% per transaction.
    Example: 75% of USD 450 = USD 337.50, minus 10% bank fee (USD 33.75) → Final refund: USD 303.75.
  • All registration that is unpaid after 30 days prior will automatically be cancelled.
  • All refunds will be paid after end of congress but before end of year.
