Registered delegates can download an invitation or confirmation letter digitally to support an Visa application.

Please note: The letter is for Visa support only. The Organising Committee cannot assist with applications; visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities.
Accompanying person
An accompanying-person registration includes:
- A name badge and entry to selected sessions and social functions.
- Opening Ceremony and Gala Dinner.
- A one-day Kuching tour, including lunch.
Your delegate registration includes
- A name badge serving as your entry pass.
- All General Assembly and Scientific Symposium sessions, including opening and closing ceremonies, 17–24 October 2026.
- Kuching site visit on 23 October 2026.
- Entry to GA/ScSy zones, meeting rooms and exhibition areas.
- ICOMOS GA2026 bag and event materials.
- Coffee breaks and buffet lunches.
Additional tickets for the Opening Ceremony, Gala Dinner and City Tour are MYR 200 each.
Cancellation & reimbursement policy
Refunds are calculated from the amount paid, less a 10% bank transfer fee.
