Group registration

Four clear steps

Your organisation’s representative coordinates the submission. We take it from there.

    Download the official Excel registration form using the button above.

  2. 02

    Complete

    Enter every delegate’s details. Do not rename columns or change the file format.

  3. 03

    Email

    Save as OrganisationName_GroupRegistration_YYYYMMDD.xlsx and attach it to your email.

  4. 04

    Confirmation

    We verify and import the group, then notify each delegate by email.

The ICOMOS Member Rate applies only to registrations submitted and paid for under a single organisation or group booking associated with an eligible Strategic Institutional Partner of ICOMOS GA2026. Eligibility verification and terms and conditions apply.
